Heightly Terms of Use

1. What Heightly is

Heightly is a wellness app that estimates height potential from the information you provide and offers a daily program of stretching, posture, sleep and nutrition habits. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. No guarantees — important

Height is primarily determined by genetics. Heightly's predictions are estimates, not promises, and following the program does not guarantee any increase in height, especially after growth plates have closed. The app supports healthy habits and posture; results vary by individual. Heightly is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a doctor.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 to use Heightly on your own. Under 13, a parent or guardian must operate the app on your behalf. Do not use the app if these terms are not accepted by you (or your parent/guardian).

4. Subscriptions

Parts of the app require a paid subscription (weekly or yearly), billed through your Apple ID.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Apple ID settings.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempts to access other users' data, no use of the app where prohibited by law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, and software are owned by Heightly and protected by law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you don't acquire any ownership.

7. Exercise safety

Perform stretches and exercises carefully and within your ability. Stop if you feel pain. You are responsible for exercising safely; if you have any medical condition, check with a doctor first.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heightly is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
